What is the Applied Materials Contract Talent Network?

The Applied Materials Contract Talent Network — also known as the Extended Workforce Network — connects individuals to current and future contract (temporary) opportunities supporting Applied Materials’ manufacturing, production, and operational teams in Singapore. By joining, you’ll be considered for roles that align with your skills, experience, and availability as opportunities arise.

Who can apply?

Current openings are for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

If you hold a work pass, you’re welcome to register your interest — with your consent, we’ll keep your profile on file and reach out as future opportunities open.

See our privacy notice for how we handle your details.

What is Contract Work?

Contract work is a temporary assignment for a defined period, supporting manufacturing operations, equipment support, production, and related functions. Assignments are performed on-site at an Applied Materials location. Depending on business needs and performance, assignments may be extended, and in some cases contract workers may have the opportunity to apply for permanent roles at Applied Materials.

How does the programme work?

Three parties are involved in your contract assignment:

PARTY ROLE IN YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Raise
Leads and manages the contract workforce programme as a licensed Employment Agency (EA License – 26C3730).

Raise handles your application, screening, placement, onboarding, and ongoing programme support — and is your point of contact throughout your assignment.

Raise is your employer of record. You are legally employed by Raise through its Singapore employing entity which is responsible for your employment contract, salary, CPF contributions, and statutory entitlements.
Applied Materials
Is where you’ll work. An Applied Materials supervisor directs your day-to-day work — priorities, tasks, and performance expectations — at the assignment site.

Your employment relationship is with Raise Business Solutions PTE. (“Raise”) as employer of record
You are not an employee of Applied Materials. Raise places you into Applied Material and is your employer of record.

Who pays me, and what are my entitlements?

You are paid by Raise as your employer of record. As a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, you’ll receive CPF contributions, written Key Employment Terms, and itemised payslips, in line with Singapore’s Employment Act and CPF requirements.

For anything relating to your assignment, schedule, or programme experience, Raise is your first point of contact.
